In 2024 i will once again be teaching a non fiction course in the RMIT University Associate Degree in Professional Writing and Editing.
Advanced Creative Non Fiction online course
My next Advanced Creative Non Fiction writing course begins on April 18th. This online course builds on the content covered in Creative Non Fiction, but the Creative Non Fiction course is not a pre-requisite. The course involves two contact hours (via Zoom) per week, and some homework writing and reading tasks. You will also receive some private individual feedback on some of your work. All welcome.

Singing With The Westgarth Ensemble
The Westgarth Ensemble will be performing a lunchtime concert of the madrigals of Barbara Strozzi at St Pauls Cathedral on April 10th 2024. These half hour recitals on Wednesdays at 1pm provide fine music and space for contemplation in the midst of a busy week. Admission is by donation. All welcome.

Singing with Cantabile Chamber Choir
Cantabile Choir presents Visions of Peace, a concert dedicated to the struggle and the ultimate clarity and serenity of the quest for reconciliation. From Arvo Pärt’s hauntingly beautiful setting of the ancient Knights Templar chant Da Pacem Domine, through to the quiet and not-so-quiet defiance of Negro spirituals, from the apocalyptic darkness of Samuel Barber’s Twelfth Night to the loving acceptance of Dan Forrest’s Good Night, Dear Heart, Visions of Peace draws on music from the 15th to the 21st centuries to present a truthful look at the road to peace.
